FAB grew from a desire by the Principal, Kerry George, to offer quality professional dance tuition within a caring, skilled, and disciplined environment.
FAB strives to provide classes that offer enjoyment and achievement, dependent on the individual child. We actively encourage dance for everyone without boundaries,
and aspire to fulfil everyone’s potential. With this in mind
FAB encourages all pupils to study Ballet, as the Classical technique is the foundation of all dance.
Pupils are accepted from the age of 3 and tuition continues, either for enjoyment or in preparation for a professional career, to an advanced level. New pupils are offered a free taster class in any genre to ensure that they will enjoy the experience of dance, please contact us
for further information.
Classes are offered by specialist teachers in RAD Ballet as well as ISTD Modern, Jazz, Tap and Contemporary. We also have an Annual Summer School for four days, from the last Monday in July, for children aged six and above.
FAB holds bi-annual shows, our next show will be 2nd April 2017. View photographs from our FAB-u-lous

Barri our adopted Bear is a middle-aged male bear who was rescued in November 2003 and lives at the Moon Bear Rescue Centre in Chengdu, China. Barri is a big playful bear with white claws, a small white chin marking and a dark face. His is simple and friendly and loves his food! He likes milkshakes very much, and will come for one wherever he is every morning. He is good friends with Lexa, Francy and Keri. Barri has some leg problems so walks slowly, but it doesn’t stop him searching for the enrichment items in the enclosure! When he is satisfied he likes to sleep in a sunken hole. FAB is proud to be supporting Barri every month and helping to ensure he gets the loves and attention he deserves. I do hope you will all take Barri to your hearts. FAB have adopted five African elephants and are paying £5 a month per elephant to help provide protection for these wonderful creatures in order to preserve them for future generations.
Africa’s elephants are in critical danger – more than 100,000 were killed in 3 years (2011-2013). Space for Giants is working on the ground every day to keep elephants safe, and to secure the spaces they depend on. Based on their experience in Northern Kenya, it costs £5 a month to provide effective frontline protection for an elephant. Their goal is to scale up their work to effectively protect at least 10% of Africa’s elephants (40,000), in priority landscapes across the continent by 2020. It’s a big goal, and of the 6,365 elephants up for adoption, as yet, only 86 have been adopted. So FAB is proud to be part of this wonderful initiative. If anyone would like to adopt their own elephant, they are desperate for support, please visit: http://www.spaceforgiants.org.
